Focus your eyes on where you want the car to go, not where you do not want to go or where you currently are. Visualise the line you want the car to follow through each corner and keep looking through the turn toward the exit.
Many drivers spend too much time – even a fraction of a second – looking at the kerbs, walls, or other hazards beyond the edge of the track. The car tends to follow your eyes, so make sure your focus is always on the path you want to take.
